DOTSGRID : BLANK  : MIXED

This wide format digital bullet journal on vintage leather is a little different from others that I have made or have seen. It is laid out like a typical traveler’s notebook with matching front and back covers. There are four ‘inserts’ or notebooks. Each has it’s own sets of hidden links. See the features and how I use them described below.

FORMAT

Wide format : My prior notebooks have been narrower, leaving part of the screen unusable or only usable for other things. This notebook opens to the full width of your screen. The leather background is the full size of the screen so that I feel like I’m inside an actual leather notebook.

SPREADS

This one journal has FOUR individual notebooks with sets of links in each individual notebook. I have only inserted 5 spreads into each notebook. Each spread can be copied as many times as you want. But I left it at 5 because of the bullet journal system.

Example : In my journal, these are my five sections (in one notebook) : Index, Future Log, Spreads, Collections, Other. My Index may only need one spread, but I want it linked. The Spreads section whether monthly, daily, weekly, or rapid logging is ever changing so I can duplicate as many pages in to that section as needed without having the extra digital bulk of pages not being used.

LINKS

This journal has two sets of links.

1. The metal numbered tabs link to each individual notebook. In my own journal, when I place a tab per notebook it lifts right into the front inside cover of that notebook. So this is how this tab works on here. It opens to the inside cover of each notebook.

2. The ‘invisible’ tabs. Notice the five small dots next to the top right corner of the notebook, these are linked to the five spreads I mentioned and they are not labeled in any way so you are free to use them for your own purposes and/or sections as you see fit.

PAPER STYLE

I offer this journal set in 4 styles.

1. Mixed : Each notebook has it’s own paper style. Due to the links the paper styles can not be changed out without losing links.
2. Dots : All four notebooks have dot paper style.
3. Grid : All four notebooks have grid paper style.
4. Blank : All four notebooks have blank paper style.

Because not everyone uses GoodNotes and I have no idea how all the other apps work, I am also including individual JPEGS of each page (minus hyperlinks) so that you can install them separately if you so choose. This gives you the ability to change paper styles as needed if the links are not important to you or can’t be used anyhow.

BONUS! (INSIDE COVER POCKETS)

Pockets for the front and back cover of the journal that match the vintage leather cover. There are a lot of neat journals out there that show this pocket, but they all have digital papers in them that link elsewhere in the journal. I love that idea and think it’s great.. but I wanted a working pocket. This is included FREE with this kit. I have also included instructions on using it!
