This headboard tutorial is awesome because it doesn’t require you to have an actual  barn door on hand or be able to find one! She also shows you where she got her inspiration and I think she did a fabulous job recreating the door! I wish I’d seen this before we bought our bedroom suit!

I am not certain that it wouldn’t make a fabulous backing to a desk in my studio space though! Because it’s wood it’d be perfect to hang old rusty hooks on to handle supplies as well! Oh the ideas! Head on over and check out Kristyn’s work!
