After reading a 5 part tutorial on watercolor techniques (see the pin for part 4 – layering below), I immediately had to try the layering thing. I’m not so patient and my colors played a part in what happened… but I really enjoyed this. I also couldn’t stop with just the watercolors so I added some simple doodles to it and it will now make a simple but effective background for the art journal.
